  Yoga Union was established in 2016. It is a newly renovated space, built with your comfort and yoga practice in mind. Situated in Century Square, we are located in South Delta, with easy transit access.

  The home of Yoga Union is in the middle of a growing community, part of a vibrant residential-commercial neighbourhood. The commitment to distinction that the space exudes mirrors our own philosophy.

  When you step into the space you will see how the natural elements and abundant natural light provide comfort and soul. Founders, Taelor Gray and Katrina Wynn are dedicated to providing the community of South Delta with a positive space to relax and practice yoga.

  We offer over 30 Hot and Yin yoga classes every week. We intend to help you meet your health goals and connect mind, body and spirit. Our classes start early and go late into the evening on a daily basis, giving you plenty of opportunity to practice every day.
