  DCLS places a high priority on ensuring that those we serve benefit from the active involvement of family and friends – so they can be knowledgeable of the circumstances and choices available to them, consulted and engaged in those choices, and actively supported in their care.

  Through its community-based locations and diverse range of Community, Residential, Employment and Family services, DCLS plays an important role in the communities of North Delta, Tsawwassen, Ladner and Surrey.
